At Reactive Terrain RC, we’ve spent countless hours designing and building our course to create the most realistic and enjoyable crawling experience possible. To help us keep it that way for everyone, please take a moment to read and respect the following:

 

🚫 Please do not:

 

Climb, stand, or lean on the course structures or scenery.

 

Deliberately crash, ram, or “smash through” obstacles with your RC vehicle.

 

Remove, pull off, or damage any scale diorama pieces or props.

 

✅ We understand:

Accidents can and do happen that’s part of the hobby!

If something gets damaged during normal use, please let us know so we can repair it quickly and keep the course in top shape for everyone.

Drive respectfully, enjoy the terrain, and help us keep Reactive Terrain RC the UK’s most detailed and immersive indoor mini crawler course.

SITE RULES 

🧭 Reactive Terrain RC – Site Rules & Visitor Information

We want everyone to enjoy their visit to Reactive Terrain RC safely and respectfully. Please take a moment to read the following site rules before attending:

 

 

 

 Children & Supervision

 

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Children are not permitted to walk around the farm unattended I.E walking to your vehicle. Also please do not Go and look and the live stock. 

Parents must accompany them when using the toilets or other facilities.

Please ensure children remain within the designated Reactive Terrain RC areas.

 

 

🚜 Working Farm Awareness

 

Our site is located on a working farm, so please remain alert for farm vehicles and machinery operating nearby.

 

RC vehicles must only be used within the Reactive Terrain RC course areas. No RC driving is permitted anywhere else on the farm.

 

 

🚗 Parking Information

 

Parking is strictly limited to allocated spaces only.

 

Spaces are located directly on the right-hand side as you enter the farm gates, By the signs marked “Pig Unit.”

 

Please double park if necessary and be aware that the farmer may need access to the doors nearby.

 

Additional parking is available by our unit, opposite the welfare unit. How please ask before parking there.

Reactive Terrain RC – Event Terms & Participation Notice

 

By purchasing a ticket and attending a Reactive Terrain RC event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Participation at Your Own Risk

 

Participation in RC driving activities, competitions, and use of the course is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

 

Vehicle Responsibility

 

Participants are fully responsible for their own RC vehicles, equipment, batteries, tools, and personal belongings at all times.

 

Reactive Terrain RC accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, breakages, mechanical failures, water damage, or any other damage sustained to vehicles or equipment whilst on site.

 

Vehicles Left on Site

 

Any vehicles, equipment, or personal belongings left on site are left entirely at the owner's risk. Reactive Terrain RC accepts no responsibility for items stored or left unattended before, during, or after an event.

 

Course Conditions

 

Our courses are designed to be challenging and may include obstacles, uneven terrain, rocks, mud, water features, bridges, climbs, descents, and other technical driving elements.

 

Participants accept that vehicle damage, rollovers, scratches, breakages, water ingress, and mechanical failures can occur during normal use of the course.

 

Safety & Conduct

 

All participants must follow instructions given by event organisers and comply with all site rules.

 

Reactive Terrain RC reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or likely to damage the venue, course, or enjoyment of others.

 

Personal Injury

 

Participants are responsible for their own safety whilst attending the event.

 

By attending, participants acknowledge the risks associated with moving RC vehicles, uneven surfaces, workshop environments, tools, and terrain features.

 

Photography & Media

 

Photos and video footage may be captured during events for use on Reactive Terrain RC social media channels, YouTube content, promotional materials, and future event marketing.

 

Acceptance

 

Purchase of a ticket and attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
